REFUNDS:
If your item does not fit, we will happily resize it for you. That goes for all jewelry items. We want you wearing your pieces! You can return it to us and we will resize it for free. If you need an upsize, and that upsize is more expensive based on the prices shown on the website, you will need to cover that extra cost. Please include the extra shipping for that return back to you after the resize as well.
We apologize, but we can not offer refunds on fine jewelry at this time. We can offer you store credit.
GUITAR PARTS:
We offer a full refund on guitar parts that do not fit your guitar. Due to the many variations between manufacturers of different guitar parts, there is just no way to guarantee they will fit your specific guitar. We do everything we can to ensure a proper fit for the bulk of guitars, however, there are just too many variations to guarantee this. You may return for store credit or a refund, minus any shipping costs.
EXCHANGES:
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if an alternate size is desired. We will also issue a store credit to be used towards another item(s), if original item is returned in new condition, within 30 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@silverluthier.com and upon confirmation, then send your item to:

Please send written instruction on what you need, the reason for the exchange in the package with your item, so we know how to proceed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
